Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount back, including any standard shipping costs. The costs for returning the product to me are at your own expense.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact me via angeliquemillonzi@gmail.com or fill in your details below. I will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital patterns and other digital downloads.

• Signed books, because they are personalized especially for you and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.
